Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Orbit at joinorbita.com and its subdomains. By signing in, you agree to them.
The service
Orbit is a personal tool for keeping track of the people you know. It is currently invite only and offered as an early version, so features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Your account
- You may only sign in if you have been invited.
- Keep your devices and passkeys secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Connecting accounts
- Only connect accounts and upload files that belong to you, or that you are allowed to use.
- Orbit reads data from connected accounts. It never sends messages, emails, invitations or posts for you.
- You must follow the terms of the services you connect.
- You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Orbit to harass, track or harm anyone, to find sensitive personal information about people, to send spam, or for anything illegal. Respect the privacy of the people in your network.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How it is handled is explained in the privacy policy. You can ask for it to be exported or deleted at any time.
AI features
Orbit uses AI to summarize conversations, extract facts and suggest introductions. These results can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
No warranty
Orbit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Orbit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access
You can stop using Orbit and ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken.
Changes
These terms may change. If they do, the date at the top will change, and users will be told about significant changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
